In der Position als Sales Manager Business Travel (m/w/d) sind Sie ein essenzieller Teil des Sales Teams. Für Sie steht Kundenzufriedenheit sowie Professionalität gepaart mit wirtschaftlichem Denken an erster Stelle? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
- Als Teil der proaktiven Verkaufsabteilung verantworten Sie die Segmente Business Travel, Government & Consortia
- Verhandlungen globaler Ratenvereinbarungen (RFPs) sowie eigenverantwortliches Abschließen lokaler Firmenvertragsraten
- Auf
- und Ausbau des lokalen Kundenstammes sowie die Betreuung der Quellmärkte UK & USA
- Nachhaltige Akquise neuer Firmenkunden
- Pflege und Auswertung der gängigen RFP Tools & Distributionskanäle
- Analyse der monatlichen Reports sowie Einleiten gezielter Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Teilnahme und Organisation von Kundenveranstaltungen
- Initiierung lokaler Marketingkampagnen
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder dem Dienstleistungssektor
- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Sales, Front Office oder Reservierung sammeln können
- Sie sind eine kommunikative, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild und guten Umgangsformen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Organisations
- und Teamfähigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie verfügen über ein natürliches Verkaufstalent und verstehen es, unsere Gäste von unserem Produkt zu überzeugen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
