**The role**:
From day one you will **lead** the international **Scalability** team at HelloFresh. You will run an International team that supports our local physical product teams, who design our recipes and menus. These teams need support and ideas to quickly scale their physical product offering efficiently.

One of the bottlenecks to growing our product portfolio is managing the product data for our product assortment. This is done by the Culinary and Editorial teams in our local markets; and your team will help with initiatives to enable them to handle growing complexity, with the same number of people. You will lead this through established business cases around two key levers: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and automation. In addition to this, your role will focus on identifying strategic value added activities that the local market Culinary and Editorial teams can instead focus on.

This role will require a mix of people-driven leadership, creativity, technical understanding and influencing skills. Not only will you be an ambassador of our BPO support service "packets", and a champion of process optimization & automation. But you should also be interested in Brand and Communications initiatives, to identify opportunities for our physical product teams to better communicate about their fantastic HelloFresh ingredients and recipes The role is a great way to develop your impact and presentation skills, to create data-driven business cases and explain them in simple terms to senior leaders across HelloFresh International.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead a team of 2 direct reports in the Berlin office, working with the INT.
- Build strong relationships with local teams from 15+ different countries, specifically 5 key major markets, involving frequent travel approx. once per month.
- Interact with the three other team leaders within the International Product Operations team, to deliver joint business cases to improve HF financial and customer satisfaction metrics
- Engage with diverse International central departments - such as Digital Product, Tech, Photography, Brand and Procurement - to drive innovation in an ambitious timeline
- Be an ambassador of Editors' teams worldwide, manage their monthly gatherings, organize summits and create engagement occasions for best practice sharing and community building
- Further develop the Editing technology landscape, seizing opportunities for integration, optimization and continuous improvement of our tools
- Oversee the management of our BPO team, working closely with a team lead in your team, as well as an offshore team of 30+ people. You will focus on promoting their services across international markets, and ensuring that our internal customers are satisfied.
- Translate the stakeholders' insights into business actions and priorities, question the status quo and bring innovative solutions to the table for new support areas.

**What you'll bring**:

- Master's degree from top-tier college or university, preferably in business, management, or related fields
- 8+ years minimum experience in a product or technology related field; the passion for food or experience within Food/FMCG industry is a big plus
- Highly numerate and commercially minded, able to build business cases objectively and rigorously
- An organized and clear communicator with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- At home in a fast-paced, demanding, and data-driven environment
- A proven innovator with a can-do attitude and a track record of turning ideas into reality
- Passionate project coordinator, enjoying the people management side of work; familiarity with Asian cultures is a big plus
