We are looking for our Product Compliance Lead. In this role you will lead and shape the Product Compliance function in order to help us design our products and enter new markets.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Leading and shaping the product compliance function and guide the team
- Drive the product compliance area with respect to development, product management and the overall organization to achieve challenging certification objectives
- Understanding of existing standards (esp. IEC 62752, 61851-1, 62196, 62955)
- Discovery of new standards and country-specific requirements
- Forwarding requirements to the Product Management & Requirement Board
- Defining the certification strategy for each of our products
- Identify and mitigate certification risks
- Communicate internally up to C-level and externally to partners and authorities
- Collaborate closely with our Product Compliance - Gremienmanager or take up these tasks to represent the company interests in the relevant certification bodies in German
- speaking countries
**It would be great if you have**:
- More than 5 years of experience in the certification of electronic products
- Expert knowledge of relevant standards and bodies (International Electrotechnical Commission,...)
- Experience with EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive), LVD (Low Voltage Directive), RED (Radio Equipment Directive), MID (Measuring Instruments Directive) and related standards
- Experience with leading a team and/or mentoring others
- Experience with external testing laboratories such as TÜV
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and product development processes
- Intelligent and efficient translation of standards into product requirements
- High level of reliability, accuracy and structured approach to work and responsibility to achieve goals
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and actively participate in certification committees as well as drive networking within the industry
- Fluency in English at C1 level
**It would be even better if you have**:
- Fluency in German at C1 level
- Experience with Eichrecht-Certification according to Document 6A and related standards
- Experience in the field of EV charging solutions
