Aufgabengebiet
- Teamführung von anfänglich 2-3 Mitarbeitern (w/m/d)
- Durchführung von Eigenkapital
- oder Mezzanine-Transaktionen auf Corporate
- bzw. Holding-Ebene
- Verantwortung für das Risikomanagement
- Erstellung und Pflege von Treasury-Richtlinien bzw. -Policies
- Ansprechpartner für das Gesamtrisikomanagement einschließlich der Durchführung der Risikomanagementprozesse und Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und plausiblen Bewertung von Risiken
- Strukturierung der Eigen
- und Fremdkapitalausstattung von neuen und bestehenden Tochtergesellschaften (operativ; nicht Projektgesellschaften) im In
- und Ausland in Absprache mit den jeweiligen Verantwortlichen für die Tochtergesellschaft
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Finanzierungsstrategie auf Unternehmensebene einschließlich Asset Liability Management
- Sicherstellung des laufenden Zahlungsverkehrs auf der Bankenseite
- Pflege bestehender Kontakte und Aufbau neuer Kontakte zu Banken und anderen Finanzierungspartnern und Dienstleistern
- Verantwortung für das Team Darlehens
- und Beteiligungsmanagement
- Koordination, Erstellung und Plausibilisierung von Budgets im Planungstool Navision

Anforderungsprofil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im internationalen Treasury Bereich, vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Erneuerbare Energien und /oder Erfahrungen im Transaktion und Corporate Banking
- Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in Bezug auf die Auswahl von Finanzierungspartner und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Experte im Bereich der Wertpapiermärkte, Wechselkurse, Zinsen, makroökonomische Einflussfaktoren und Marktmechanismen
- Sehr guter Überblick über die Marktteilnehmer und deren Kapazitäten
- Gutes Know-How im Bereich der Zahlungsverkehrssysteme, Kontenverwaltung, KYC-Prozesse, kurzfristige Geldanlagen, Gesellschaftsrecht, HGB, (Kredit-)Vertrags
- und Sicherheitenrecht und KWG
