**Global E-Commerce Lead (M/F/d)**:

- Bionorica, with approximately 2.200 employees worldwide, is the German market leader in over-the-counter herbal medicines. "Phytoneering" is the formula for our success, which has kept us on a growth trajectory for years. This is how we open up new markets with innovative, highly effective herbal medicines.
- We are looking for a committed individual (M/F/d) for the newly created position in Global Marketing at Bionorica, who will take on the responsibility for building and further developing our eCommerce business.

**These are the tasks for this position**:

- Leading the global establishment and continuous development of the eCommerce sector
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and IT departments
- Optimizing all digital sales activities on online pharmacy platforms as well as other B2B and B2C channels
- Building, leading, and developing an international eCommerce team
- Identifying new sales opportunities and markets and conducting continuous market analyses to improve global performance
- Responsible for revenue growth in the eCommerce sector through targeted sales promotion measures and digital marketing strategies
- Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints
- Close collaboration with external partners, service providers, and platforms to successfully implement and optimize eCommerce processes
- Ensuring the synchronization of the brand strategy in digital channels in close collaboration with the global marketing team

**These are the requirements you should meet**:

- Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in an international eCommerce environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
- Proven success in developing and implementing eCommerce strategies on a global level
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, online sales channels, as well as the customer journey and user experience
- Experience in building and leading international, interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
