Was bring die Rolle mit sich?
- Verantwortung für ein Team von Recruitern in der gesamten DACH&Polen-Region (hauptsächlich in Deutschland und Polen)
- ördern der Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern, HR-Business-Partnern, regionalen und globalen Rekrutiegkollegen u.a.
- Nutzung einer Reihe von Sourcing-Strategien, um unterschiedliche Talente einzustellen
- Unterstützung unseres Transformationsprozesses und Implementierung von Prozessänderungen für die DACH-Region inklusive Streben als Team nach Best Practices als Team
- Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Kollegen in den anderen Regionen, um Veränderungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu antizipieren, Innovationen voranzutreiben und nach kontinuierlicher Verbesserung zu streben
- Verwaltung des gesamten Zzyklus des Recruiting-Prozesses
- Effektives Management und Pflege von rekrutierungsbezogenen Daten im Recruitment-Management-System
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Recruiting-Systemen (z.B. Bewerber-Tracking-System) sowie sicherer Umgang mit Office-Software/-Systemen (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organisation eines effizienten und kostenbewussten Rekrutierungsprozesses

- Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Talentakquise und der Leitung eines regionalen Teams von Talentexperten
- Mindestens Englisch und Deutsch fließend
- Fähigkeit, sich kurzfristig an schnell ändernde Umgebungen anzupassen
- Führungspersönlichkeit, die mit Begeisterung und effektiv innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation zusammenarbeitet, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und zukünftigen Talentstrategien zu unterstützen
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die kulturellen Unterschiede und rechtlichen Anforderungen innerhalb der DACH&Polen-Region, um entsprechend Einfluss nehmen zu können
- Erfahrung in der Nutzung einer breiten Palette von Technologien, Tools und Konzepten, um verschiedene Talente zu gewinnen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Daten zu nutzen, um eine zukünftige Strategie festzulegen
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our DACH recruiting team across Austria, Germany, Poland and Switzerland.

What will the role entail?
- Be responsible for and have oversight of a team of recruiters based across the DACH region (predominately in Germany and Poland)
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, HR generalists, regional and global recruitment colleagues etc. to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talents
- Help drive recruitment transformation efforts and implementation of process change for the DACH region and strive for best practice as a team
- Work with your peer group in the other regions to anticipate changes in the labour market to drive innovation and strive for continuous improvement
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
- Effectively manage and maintain recruitment related data in Recruitment Management System
- Proficiency in using recruiting systems (e.g. Applicant Tracking System) as well as being comfortable working with office software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
The Requirements - what’s important to us
- An experienced Talent Acquisition professional with at least 10 years’ experience and who has managed a regional team of talent professionals
- An effective communicator that is fluent in at least both English and German
- The ability to change gears at short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
- An empowering lead who has enthusiasm and collaborates effectively within a matrix organization to support continuous improvement of processes and future talent strategies
- Strong understanding of the cultural nuances and legal requirements within the DACH region in order to influence appropriately
- Experience in utilizing a wide range of technology, tools and concepts in order to attract diverse talent
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to tell a story and set future strategy
