**Customer Service & Front Office (M/F/d)**

**Your Tasks**:
- You are responsible for the administration of sales and purchase contracts including contract creation, data maintenance in SAP, planning of deliveries, preparation of shipping documents, writing, and checking invoices.
- Handling price fixations, monitoring payments, coordination of intercompany shipments and support of the monthly closing process are also part of your responsibilities as well as
- Your active contribution to credit and claim management and business partner related due diligence processes.
- You support sales and purchase managers in their negotiations and will conclude contracts yourself as well.
- You support the department management in organizational tasks.
- Strong interaction with several functions within our organization as well as external business partners with a global footprint are a key part of your day-to-day work.
**Your Profile**:
- You successfully completed a college/university degree or equivalent.
- Fluent language skills in English and preferably in German are mandatory.
- You are open-minded and have good communication skills verbally as well as in writing.
- You have strong analytical, organizational, and self-management skills.
- A structured, independent and reliable way of working characterizes you - also in times of high workload and time pressure.
- You are versatile, flexible, and ready to proactively shape the team’s days-to-day operations.
- Your mindset is outcome-oriented, and you see challenges as a potential to grow and learn.
