**Duties**:

- Improve the quality of management decision-making by ensuring reliable and secure knowledge, information, and data is available through the service lifecycle.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for supporting a KM environment, assemble knowledge teams, and develop migration plans for content to support and promote KM.
- Serve as work group administrator for the IT hardware request, approval, and installation oversight within division workspaces for various separate systems used.
- Schedule, approve, coordinate, and operate the division's video teleconference (VTC) suite and meeting room schedule.
- Serve as assistant security manager for basic duties associated with building security, door access, screening visitors and new personnel, badging and access, and passing clearance verification information.

- One year trial/probationary period may be required.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) for the duration of employment.

- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of an organization's knowledge management program; 2) Conducting cost-benefit analysis to recommend solutions affecting knowledge management; AND 3) Integrating knowledge management with an organization's policies to ensure mission requirements are met.
