**Die Position**:
Der/Die Technical Support Spezialist/in verstärkt unser Technical Support Team (Teil der Kundendienstabteilung) und unterstützt die Hardware
- und Softwareanforderungen unserer Kunden.

- Zum Viva "Botschafter": Sie fungieren als 2nd Level Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Fragen unserer Kunden
- Die Eskalationsstelle für unseren 1st Level Technical Support sein
- Ihren Kunden die beste Lösung für ihre Probleme anbieten und ihr vertrauensvoller Partner werden
- Fehler bei POS, Software, Zahlungsgateways und verschiedenen anderen Anwendungen zur Kreditkartenabwicklung beheben
- Probleme anhand von dokumentierten Verfahren und Checklisten diagnostizieren und beheben
- zum Erreichen vorgegebener qualitativer und quantitativer Ziele herausgefordert

**Über Sie**:

- Sie beherrschen die englische und deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben mindestens 1+ Jahre als 2nd Level Technical Support Agent/ IT-Support gearbeitet, vorzugsweise in der Banken-/IT-/ Telekommunikationsbranche
- Sie sind besonders sicher im Umgang mit Technologie und kennen sich mit CRM-Systemen, Software und Hardware aus
- Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für den Kundenservice und handeln verantwortungsbewusst und professionell
- Sie lösen gerne Probleme und lösen Konflikte auf eine ruhige und konstruktive Art und Weise
- Sie sind in der Lage, selbständig, aber auch als Mitglied eines Teams zu arbeiten
