**About your role**
We are looking for a
**Sales Development Representative** with a strong technical aptitude and natural sales instinct to join our Sales team in Berlin and handle our top of the funnel sales pipeline for the DACH region. In this role, you will contact leads and nurture our customer relationships with a long-term and solution-focused approach. Your collaborative teammates consist of Account Executives, Consultants, other Sales Representatives and you will be reporting to our SDR Team Lead in Berlin and our Sales Manager in Turku. Your teammates will challenge you and stand behind you because, at Vaadin, no one is left alone. We want you to be a part of the mission to turn happy developers into satisfied customers.

**You will**:

- Achieve or exceed goals for hot lead and customer engagements, schedule meetings and identify opportunities on a monthly basis
- Build and increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
- Do sales presentations about our products and services
- Continuously improve the sales process by contributing with new ideas
- Develop a superior customer service relationship with prospects

**Requirements**:

- You have good organizational and analytical skills and are able to work in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
- You have preferably 6+ months of experience in a similar Sales position
- You speak German at a native level and have excellent English skills
- You have the ability to learn and present technical information
- You are comfortable with software development as a conversation topic, in addition to that solution selling is a definite plus
- You have experience in working with data, reporting and CRM systems such as HubSpot

We preferably wish you to join us at our Berlin office (hybrid work is also possible).
