**Job Profile**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate prospecting lists of decision-makers in target accounts using compliant and accurate contact data
- Follow up and engage with prospects (including C-suite/Directors) who have enquired about the company's product or service
- Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
- Follow up on existing contacts in Journee CRM (Hubspot) to identify new potential needs
- Use LinkedIn, CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence to improve processes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role in a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite and Director-level prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Hubspot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales enablement tools, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
