**About The Role**

Hire My Tech Ltd. is hiring for a **Sales Development Representative** position in Steel Sector Central Europe.

Our client specializes in the full execution of EPC or turnkey projects and the provision of services in the energy and industrial sector serving different sectors including Conventional Energy, Renewable Energies and Green Hydrogen, Mining & handling, Oil & gas, Industrial Plants, Operation and Assembly Services, Digital Security and Logistic Systems.

They are looking for an experienced sales professional in the steel sector to join their team in one of these locations Germany, Austria or Netherlands.

**Experience**: 5 -10 years

**Location**:Germany (On-Site)

**Job type**: Full Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish the business development plan in order to implement sales strategies and continue the Company’s presence in the geographic markets under his/her sphere of responsibility in the steel sector.
- Play an active role in developing, altering and improving processes for the Sales Development team and the company as a whole.
- Carry out market research, participate in the development of new business opportunities and their presentation and negotiation.
- Analyze and propose new formulas for approaching the market in order to increase the probability of sales.
- Supervise and participate in the development of offers in their area of activity.
- Team player who can offer feedback and innovate better ways to help our clients

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Preferably a degree in Engineering.
- 5 -10 years of experience in relevant field.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and business relationship skills
- High knowledge of English, other languages are a plus. Knowledge of commercial techniques and knowledge of the Central European market would be an advantage.
- Proven experience participating in projects for the iron and steel sector, steel furnaces sector (blast furnaces, electric furnaces).
- Strategic vision, initiative, strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Passionate about learning the technology industry
