Platform engineering is revolutionizing how enterprises build and run their cloud-native setups. Humanitec is at the core of this revolution, enabling teams to build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and reach true developer self-service. Through our community-led efforts (platformengineering.org, PlatformCon) and roster of enterprise customers, we are hitting an inflection point in the adoption of IDPs. We are looking to aggressively scale the team to meet the increasing demand.
As a Growth Designer, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Brand Designer to develop engaging visuals and bring our multiple brands to life. You will create brand assets like landing pages and websites, social posts, presentations, sales materials. You will work closely with our marketing team to generate on-brand visuals for both print and digital. You will provide design support to developer relations, sales teams, and our community initiatives. You’ll work in a remote, dynamic environment at the forefront of B2B SaaS marketing. We pay a top 5% industry salary, with stocks as part of the package.

Requirements*
- You have 2+ years experience developing designs across a variety of formats and platforms including social media, web and print.
- You have a compelling portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness,* illustration and/or motion design skills*, and a command of multiple design styles.
- You are proficient in using design tools like **Figma, Illustrator, **Photoshop.**You are creative and imaginative with an eye for color, balance, layout and graphic fundamentals.
- You have experience working with established design systems and brand guidelines.
- You have the ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your work.
- You can articulate conceptual ideas and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
- You are able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
- Motion design or illustration skill is an added advantage.
- Preferably you are based in an EMEA time zone, or Eastern / Central Time in the USA
**Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for creating visual assets for a variety of brands and platforms, using established brand guidelines.
- You will generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- You will work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, developer relations, and sales to create simple and consistent visuals.
- You will support visual production for our existing community brands (e.g. PlatformCon, Platform Engineering) and create new ones.
**About our Process**
We focus exclusively on your talents and personality - your background, origins, or identity will never influence our decision-making.
Your first interview will be 30 minutes with our Talent Partner, so that we can learn more about you and you can find out more about the hiring process, role, and our company. This first interview is usually followed by 1-3 core interviews with the leadership team and your future colleagues/team members. These interviews are typically 30 to 60 minutes, fully remote, and without any take-home assignments. We will talk through your background, your approach to work, and dive into your knowledge & experience.
The final interview is with one of our founders to give you the chance to understand Humanitec even better.
