Your Role: As a Product Designer – Growth, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver smart, data-driven designs that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and modernize user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside Growth, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to enhance funnels, run A/B tests, and create user flows that yield significant impacts.
  • Design and Iterate Rapidly: Test ideas, analyze data, and refine designs without getting bogged down in overthinking.
  • Improve User Journeys: Focus on streamlining the checkout flow, optimizing landing pages, and creating seamless experiences.
  • Align with Design System: Ensure your work harmonizes with Shiftmove's CI and design system for consistent branding.
  • Own Your Work: Enjoy the autonomy to make decisions and see your ideas through to successful execution.
  • Cross-Functional Design: Occasionally handle brand and print tasks or create animations to bring your ideas to life.

  • You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, and everyone relies on your expertise.
  • Your designs are rapidly deployed, and experiments drive real, measurable results.

Your Profile:

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You're comfortable diving into metrics and using data to inform your design decisions.
  • Growth Experience: You've worked on user-facing products (like marketplaces, apps, or C2B platforms) and know how to balance speed with quality.
  • Strong Design Skills: You're experienced in UX, UI, and product design, with a portfolio showcasing your problem-solving abilities and delivery of results.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You excel at working with others, aligning priorities, and keeping projects moving smoothly.
  • T-Shaped Skills: You're a skilled product designer with additional expertise in areas like motion design or print.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English.
