Ihre Aufgaben- Leitung und Koordination von KI-Aktivitäten bei TRUMPF inkl. Definition einer entsprechenden Strategie, Roadmap und Governance- Weiterentwicklung der Akzeptanz, Priorisierung und Vorantreiben von Lösungen mit Domänenexperten im gesamten Unternehmen, um geschäftlichen Erfolg zu erzielen- Sicherstellung von Daten
- und Technologieverfügbarkeit, die den Anforderungen an KI-Lösungen entspricht- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit, des Wissensaustauschs und der Erschließung von Synergien innerhalb von TRUMPF- Erweiterung und Pflege des zugehörigen internen und externen Ökosystems- Aufbau eines zentralen Teams zur Unterstützung von KI-Aktivitäten in unseren Geschäftsbereichen und weiterer Ausbau einer professionellen KI-Organisation

Was wir suchen- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolge bei der Nutzung von Geschäftspotenzialen von Künstlicher Intelligenz / Maschinellem Lernen / Advanced Analytics- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer verwandten Führungsposition mit Schwerpunkt KI und der Leitung entsprechender digitaler Transformationsprogramme- Gut etabliertes Netzwerk im KI-Ökosystem in Europa (v.a. Deutschland) und darüber hinaus- Ausgeprägte KI-Expertise kombiniert mit einer proaktiven, unternehmerischen Denkweise und der Fähigkeit zum strategischen Denken- Ausgezeichnete Führungs-, Kommunikations
- und funktionsübergreifende Kollaborationsfähigkeiten- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
