Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Bereichs Corporate Operations mit den folgenden Bereichen und inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten:

- Corporate Quality:

- Aufbau und Betrieb der „Q-Regelkreise“, die entlang der Wertschöpfungsprozesse von Entwicklung, Einkauf, Produktion und Service implementiert werden.
- Optimierung der Q-Prozesse, insbesondere im SAP, um höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
- Gruppenweites Q-Reporting als Tool zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Entwicklung einer zukunftsweisenden und effizienten Q-Organisation mit Fokus auf SQM (Supplier Quality Management) und Feldanalyse.
- Corporate Production (inkl. Arbeitssicherheit+E2E Supply Chain):

- Strukturelle Verbesserungsprojekte mit den Werken und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Produktionsnetzwerks.
- Prozessverantwortung für die Produktionsprozesse, insbesondere in SAP
- Globale Arbeitssicherheit, um eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu gewährleisten.
- Corporate Purchasing:

- Verantwortung für den operativen und strategischen Einkauf von Nicht-Produktionsmaterial auf globaler Ebene
- Warengruppenmanagement für Produktionsmaterial weltwei
- Gruppeweites Einkaufsreporting sorgen für Transparenz und Effizienzsteigerung in der gesamten Organisation
- BPMO/ERPNext:

- In dieser zusätzlichen Schlüsselrolle steuern und challengen Sie das S/4 Hana-Programm aus Business-Seite und stellen sicher, dass die BPMO-Organisation über alle Funktionen hinweg optimal aufgebaut wird.
- Die Sicherstellung ausreichender Ressourcen in Zusammenarbeit mit BPOs/BPMs und TGs ist eine zentrale Verantwortung.
- Durchführung einer umfassenden Prozessdokumentation, wobei der Fokus auf der nahtlosen ERP-Integration liegt.
- Ihre Expertise in der prozessorientierten Organisation und der S/4 Innovationsroadmap wird maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen.

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen
- Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung in leitenden Funktionen in der Produktion, sowie idealerweise im Qualitätswesen, Einkauf oder im ERP-Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP und anderen relevanten Tools und Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Unternehmensebenen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Themen wie Warehouse Management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), OT-Architektur, Supply Chain Organisation und IBP (Integrated Business Planning) sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter.
