Ihre Aufgaben- Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der Abteilungen Retouren, Disposition, Supply Chain Management und des globalen Leitstands mit Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland, China und den USA- Verantwortung für vier internationale Logistik-Hubs in Shanghai, Eindhoven, Indianapolis und Singapur sowie Partnermanagement mit den externen HUB-Betreibern- Globale Bestandsplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikwege sowie Sicherstellung der Rechtssicherheit in den Freetrade-Zonen, den Betriebsstätten und den empfangenden Märkten- Verantwortung für die Schnittstellen zu TRUMPF Servicegesellschaften weltweit, Lieferanten in den USA und Asien, den Transport
- und Logistikdienstleistern, Vertriebsgesellschaften, Kunden sowie der Steuer
- und Rechtsabteilung und dem Zoll

Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt- Fundierte disziplinarische Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz mit einer hohen Durchsetzungs
- und Entscheidungsstärke in Kombination mit einem souveränen und diplomatischen Auftreten- Exemplarische Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, ausgesprochenen Leistungsbereitschaft sowie unternehmerisches Denken und eine vorangehende intrinsische Motivation- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%
