Ihre Aufgaben- Leitung der Abteilung Corporate Data Management & Digital Experience Platforms- Weiterentwicklung der TRUMPF IT Strategie zur Digitalen Transformation sowie der Data Management Strategie für TRUMPF- Aufbau einer globalen IT-Struktur innerhalb der TRUMPF IT, Koordination der Aufgaben mit den Regionalen IT Centern sowie das enges Begleiten des Vorhabens durch ein umfassendes Change Management- Ausbau der Data Management Plattform, inkl. der Data Governance Prozesse als digitalen Enabler- Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer digitaler Lösungen und Geschäftsmodelle im Lead-to-Order Prozessumfeld sowie Agile Application Development Services im Bereich der Business Applikationen, im Customer Experience Umfeld und mit Mobile Apps- Weiterentwicklung der IT Governance Prozesse im Bereich Anwendungs
- und Softwareentwicklung, sowie Verantwortung für das Digital Architecture Management und strategische Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Zielbildes (Referenzarchitektur) von TRUMPF- Einführung von servicebasierten Daten und Applikations-Architekturen, Integration von IoT Cloud Lösungen und EcoSystemen sowie End-to-End Verantwortung (Anforderungsmanagement, Entwicklung, Implementierung, teilweise Betrieb) in der Wertschöpfungskette zur Entwicklung von digitalen Anwendungen- Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung der Abteilung (Abteilungsworkshops, Lernpfade für Mitarbeiter u.v.m.)
Was wir suchen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenspektrum mit Führungsverantwortung- Fundierte Erfahrung mit neuen innovativen Business Intelligence und Big Data Technologien- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Agilen Entwicklung moderner Digitaler Architekturen- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Entscheidungs
- und Konzeptionsstärke- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
