**Aufgaben / Tasks**
- Proactively providing insight and analytics to help steer business performance
- Proactively identify opportunities for financial and operational performance improvement, leaning towards actionable insights for the business to execute, in a highly ambiguous environment with unstructured data and complex data sources
- Preparing and managing business cases and related processes
- Establishing and managing processes to support cash-flow management of pre-payments and deposits for hotels and airlines
- Supporting transformation initiatives to ensure the right decisions are made, based on data and analytics
- Active, creative and future-oriented support of the management to set and achieve performance objectives
- Supporting weekly and monthly trading meetings with performance analysis and transparency on metrics and KPI performance
- Building commercial and operational models
- Working closely with the central finance organization to ensure the Tour Operator business unit has strong support for performance drivers and financial results
- Management of ad-hoc special projects
**Profil / Qualifikation**
- Degree in a business related or quantitative field, MBA preferred
- +5 years working as a management consultant within a global consulting firm
- Experience with financial modelling and business case development
- Tech
- & digitalization-minded, knowledge of common consolidation and BI systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Very high Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong project management, strategic planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
- High level of analytical and conceptual skills coupled with strong pragmatic thinking and action
- Distinct communication skills, high social competence and confident appearance
- Openness to change and comfort with ambiguity, given the high growth nature and change of our business
