**Your future role.**
- Ensure correct and lean planning, controlling and analysis and coordinate relevant processes across the business unit Low Voltage Motors and the overarching organization.
- Forecasting, planning, performance controlling and analysis for the European hub of the business unit and world wide
- You will be the interface and coordinator for all relevant processes between the European hub and the finance department of the Low Voltage Motors business unit.
- You will support the management in specific tasks and areas, e.g. you will prepare reports and decision papers based on independently performed performance analyses and present the results including future developments.
- You will support the global controlling of Innomotics by, for example, providing all relevant closing data and preparing monthly reporting.
- You are responsible for the program office of the European Masterplan.

**Your profile.**
- The basis for your success is a university degree, preferably in controlling or a comparable course of study.
- You have many years of experience in controlling and in-depth knowledge of performance analysis.
- You have already gained experience in working in international and diverse teams.
- You have a self-confident manner, which enables you to coordinate multiple players across departments and countries, and you are also used to working with senior management.
- Personally, you convince with your own initiative, analytical ability, strategic thinking, communication skills and a structured way of working.
- You are proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, SAC Tool Landscape, EPM.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
