Our People Team is seeking a People Strategy Intern (f/m/d). This role will work hand in hand with our VP People and Culture to drive high impact projects across the business. Topics you would likely work on during this internship include: Improving our feedback culture, increasing efficiency of the People Team through automation and tooling, planning company events, and driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is interested in an internship for **at least 3 months starting September 1st, 2023.**

**Your responsibilities**

You will work with the VP People and other People Team leaders to deliver various projects. _No day is the same at Moss, but here’s an idea of what you could be doing day-to-day:_
- Creating project plans
- Monitoring and documenting progress of projects
- Coordinating stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Preparing updates and reports for the CEO and Exec Team
- Analysing data to inform decision making
- Providing hands on support to ensure the successful delivery of projects

**About you**
- We think you’ll need the following _**_experience and qualifications_**_ to succeed in the role: _
- Currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor’s/Master's degree, ideally in the field of Business Management / Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a replicable field.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- You are fluent in English
