Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem motivierten und ambitionierten Praktikanten im Bereich People Operations (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der/die uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams unterstützt, das Unternehmen auf die nächste Entwicklungsstufe begleitet und somit direkten Einfluss auf dessen Erfolg nimmt.

Deine Aufgaben - Du kannst etwas bewegen
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle studentischen Mitarbeiter und unterstützt deren Beratung & Betreuung zu sämtlichen HR-relevanten Themen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitszeugnissen
- Du hilfst unsere monatlichen Onboarding - Veranstaltungen zu organisieren/durchzuführen und bereitest unseren neuen Mitarbeitern einen tollen Start
- Du unterstützt das HR People Operations Team tatkräftig im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig kleinere Projekte
- Du bekommst erste Eindrücke in die Bereiche HR Management und HR Business Partnering

Dein Profil - Komm an Bord
- Eingeschriebene(r) Student/in der Wirtschafts-,Rechts oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR/Personal
- Interesse an Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und sehr präzise Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässige, verantwortungsvolle, flexible und diskrete Persönlichkeit
- Kommunikations
- uns Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
