Strategy & Operations Intern (F/m/d)

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES****:
- Work closely with our management and cross functional teams to support strategic projects and to take over the execution
- Analyse current processes, find optimization potential and own the implementation
- Create our operations playbooks
- Drive analysis, prepare presentations and remove blockers
- Be responsible to break down your key results in different workstreams
- Support and execute our daily operations in different sub-teams
**YOUR PROFILE**:
The job is challenging, requires hard work with a lot of responsibility. The learning curve will be stellar - if you are looking to grow and are ready to put in the hustle, then this is your job
- Enrolled into or graduated from a top-tier university in business, engineering or another related field
- Gained first experience in a fast-paced environment (strategy consulting, private equity, high growth startups, VC, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and solution oriented way of thinking
- Hands-on mentality and willing to get your hands dirty
- Strong organisational and structural skills
- Entrepreneur by heart (you love building things from 0 to 1)
- Fluent in English and at least B2 German
- Passion for fitness and sports
- Available for 3-6 months
