Aufgaben
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Manager und Mitarbeitende
- Du beräts, coachst und unterstützt bei HR-Grundlagen und mitarbeiterbezogenen Fragen, bspw. Themen wie die Mitarbeitervertretung und HR-Grundlagen
- Du bist verantwortlich für mitarbeiter
- und organisationsorientierte Strategien
- Du bringst die organisatorischen und administrativen Anforderungen mit der Geschäftsstrategie in Einklang
- Du unterstützt den in der Region vorgesehenen regionalen Ressourcenaufbau in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Personalmanagern, der Talent Acquisition-Abteilung, den zentralen Funktionen und anderen Unternehmenseinheiten
- Du bietest den Managern und Mitarbeitenden Beratung an, um eine konsequente Anwendung und Integration von Richtlinien, Verfahren und Praktiken bei 100-prozentiger Einhaltung sicherzustellen und so ein ethisches und konformes Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf andere HR-Sonderprojekte oder -Initiativen

Profil
- Du verfügst über einen Bachelor-Abschluss einer akkreditierten Universität oder Hochschule
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung hinsichtlich Personalbeschaffung, Schulung, Mitarbeiterentwicklung oder Leistungsmanagement mit
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent
