**Diese Herausforderung wartet auf Sie**:

- Verantwortung für das Demand Management innerhalb Digitalization & Operations IT
- Unterstützung interner Kunden bei der Initiierung neuer Demands sowie die initiale Evaluierung & Bewertung von Business requirements
- Evaluierung der monetären und strategischen Relevanz von Projekt
- und Produktideen sowie die Durchführung interner Analysen & Consulting von Digitalisierungslösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung zur Entscheidungsfindung unterschiedlichster Gremien innerhalb des Demand Prozesses
- Identifizierung & Ausarbeitung von Digitalisierungspotentialen mit Fokus auf Business Transformation innerhalb Operations
- Interdisziplinare Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen IT-Einheiten, den funktionalen Operationsbereichen und Key Stakeholdern in Divisionen, Regionen & Werke

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Studium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften in der Praxis erworbene Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen
- Kenntnisse über Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb des Operationsnetzwerkes
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in der Bewertung & Priorisierung von Produkt-/Projektideen
- Sehr gute Moderations-, Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf verschiedenen Organisationsebenen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif
