Als Senior Implementation Manager / Onboarding Lead (m/w/d) bei medflex bist du der strategische Partner für unsere Neukunden. Du steuerst das Onboarding komplexer Kundenprojekte (MVZs, Ketten) und sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI-Lösung nicht nur technisch läuft, sondern die Praxisabläufe nachhaltig transformiert. 💼 Deine Aufgaben End-to-End Projektverantwortung: Du steuerst die Implementierung bei unseren Key Accounts (MVZs, Kliniken) souverän vom Kick-off bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live und der Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb. Prozessberatung & Change Management: Du analysierst die Workflows unserer Kunden tiefgehend. Du agierst als Consultant auf Augenhöhe, hinterfragst veraltete Strukturen und etablierst Best Practices für die Nutzung unserer KI-Assistenten. Methodische Weiterentwicklung: Du führst nicht nur Onboardings durch, sondern analysierst unsere eigenen Prozesse. Du entwickelst unser Onboarding-Framework weiter, um die Time-to-Value für unsere Kunden stetig zu verkürzen. Technische Lösungsfindung: Du koordinierst komplexe technische Setups (Schnittstellen, VoIP-Infrastruktur) und fungierst als "Übersetzer" zwischen den IT-Dienstleistern der Praxen und unserem Tech-Team. Voice of the Customer: Durch deine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Sales treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Features basierend auf Marktbedürfnissen voran. Dein Ziel: ein schneller Start, ein zufriedener Kunde und das Gefühl: "Genau dafür haben wir medflex gekauft"🙌 Das bringst du mit Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Implementation, Professional Services, IT-Consulting oder Customer Success, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Health-Umfeld. Branchen-Know-how: Du verstehst die Komplexität im Gesundheitswesen (KV, PVS, Patienten-Journey) und sprichst die Sprache von Ärzten und MFAs. Technisches Verständnis: Du hast keine Angst vor technischer Tiefe (VoIP, API-Konzepte, Netzwerkinfrastruktur) und kannst technische Anforderungen verständlich kommunizieren. Consulting-Mindset: Du bist nicht nur "Kümmerer", sondern Berater. Du traust dich, Kunden (diplomatisch) zu challengen, um das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen.
