This is one of Germany’s fastest-growing AI startups, recently securing over €20M in Series A funding. As an AI Implementation Manager within the professional services team, you will lead end-to-end client deployments of advanced AI solutions. You will align business requirements with technical delivery, shape and prepare client data, configure and customise tools, and ensure systems are tested, validated, and performing to specification. This is a unique chance to join a well-funded startup at a pivotal stage, with the opportunity to influence delivery processes, customer success strategy, and the product roadmap.

Oversee data preparation, cleansing, and integration to ensure systems are trained on high-quality datasets
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met across multiple simultaneous projects

Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with data workflows, integration processes, and system testing methodologies
• Strong requirement engineering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or consulting environments, ideally within AI or enterprise software
• Proficiency with modern project and implementation tools (e.g., Fully remote within Germany
• Work alongside engineers and product leaders from top-tier AI and SaaS companies
