🤖 Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Automation 📍 Germany (Remote) | Travel up to 40% Are you passionate about leading large-scale automation projects that transform the way industries move, store, and operate? As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from kick-off through execution to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and external partners, while also acting as the main point of contact for customers across Germany. What you’ll be doing Developing detailed project plans for automation solutions aligned with company vision and QSHE standards. Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for smooth project execution. Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting for projects ranging from €1M–€40M. Engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, align on scope, and manage expectations. Driving continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of new strategies across the business. What we’re looking for 10+ years of experience in project management within intralogistics, automation, or system integration. Proven track record of leading high-value projects and managing teams. A degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. Strong business acumen, with SAP or AutoCAD knowledge an advantage. Fluent in both German and English.
