Sr Customer Success Manager

We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at deepc. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to strengthen our Customer Success functions to support the Revenue teams. As a Sr Customer Success Manager you will report to the Head of Professional Services and play a pivotal role in supporting deepc’s mission to deliver trustworthy AI solutions in healthcare. You will manage a portfolio of medical imaging customers, drive successful onboarding and platform adoption, and proactively foster long-term customer satisfaction and growth through education, relationship-building, and collaboration across teams. You will actively shape the customer journey as part of our Professional Services team, helping healthcare partners realize the full value and impact of deepc’s AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of medical imaging/healthcare customers Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing adoption of our platform Proactively monitor customer health and identify opportunities for expansion Manage renewals and work closely with sales on upsell opportunities Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review customer goals, usage, and satisfaction Provide customer education and training as needed Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve customer issues Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally Your Profile 3-5+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in the medical imaging/healthcare software industry Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations Demonstrated interest in AI, healthcare innovation, and/or digital health. Experience with customer health scoring, NPS, and other customer success metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory - other European languages are a plus.
