Demand & Planning Manager

Vertical Advantage are excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG business based in the Düsseldorf region to recruit a Demand Planning Manager . This is a key strategic hire into the supply chain team, focused on driving excellence in demand planning and enhancing S&OP capabilities across the business.
This is a high-impact role designed to build and optimise demand planning processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in improving forecast accuracy and supporting the company’s continued growth across DACH and European markets.
Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the demand planning function while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office in the Düsseldorf region)

Proven experience in demand planning within an FMCG environment (e.g. food, beverage, personal care, or household products)
SAP APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar)
Fluent in English and conversational German
