**Position: Senior Demand Planner**

**Location: Erkrath, Germany**

**Summary**:
Currently we are looking for a senior demand Planner to join our Central Europe Team in Germany and report to the Demand Planning Manager. Our demand planners are key drivers of our S&OP process. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our demand forecast for a specific group of countries in close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and finance teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze past/future demand inputs
- Prepare short-term and long-term product demand forecast for all our consumer brands categories and channels using statistical forecasting methods, based on marketing and customer assumptions
- Measure, report, and proactively correct forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with various cross-functional partners in projects such as NPD, discontinuations, and, process improvements

**Experience you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of Supply Chain or Demand Planning experience is required
- Experience and concrete knowledge working in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
- Strong analytical skills
- Preferably with experience in SAP
- Fluent in English
