akt. is growing, and we're looking for a PR Specialist (DACH)
 to join our team in Berlin on a 
part-time or freelance
 basis.

This is a role for someone who knows the DACH media landscape inside out.

Someone who doesn't wait for instructions, who thinks in angles, who lives and breathes storytelling, and who already has the network to make things move.

What you'll do

  • Lead PR execution across selected akt. clients in DACH (tech, design, lifestyle, culture + more).
  • Develop sharp angles, pitches and narratives people genuinely care about.
  • Drive day-to-day outreach and build relationships with journalists, editors, and relevant creators.
  • Secure high-quality coverage across top-tier media.
  • Work closely with the akt. team to shape comms strategies and spot earned-first opportunities.
  • Bring proactive ideas and stay two steps ahead.

Who you are

  • Based in 
    Berlin.
  • A self-starter who thrives with independence and takes ownership from day one.
  • Strong experience in PR across Germany/Austria/Switzerland.
  • An established network
     of journalists and ideally influencers and key opinion leaders in the region.
  • A sharp storyteller with strong cultural and editorial instincts.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple clients and categories.
  • Fluent in 
    German + English
