We are looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager to help us succeed in our ambitious goals of revolutionizing the 3D industry. Your role will be to manage the virtual photoshoot projects for our clients (furniture manufacturers) and ensure that they are happy working with us. In the beginning you would start out working on simple tasks within a virtual photoshoot project so that you better understand the technical aspects of our work, but later on you would slowly transform into the project manager role and will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. As you develop in the role you would also have the ability to further progress and become the administrative “engine” of the company where you would be also responsible for tasks like organizing office operations, recruiting new talents, on-boarding new employees etc. We are looking for a person who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Someone who is well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an emerging startup. Responsibilities Onboard new customers Understand project specifications and communicate them towards the team Collaborate with various departments to ensure that the images are delivered on time Ensure that our customers are satisfied and happy with the final images that we deliver to them Organize weekly calls with our customers to to build up a close relationship with them and hear any concerns they might have Requirements 1 year of experience in project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (you will communicate with our customers in English) Ability to build professional relationships Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time What we offer Being part of a technological revolution and shaping the future of the 3D industry Dynamic, stimulating company culture with a very challenging vision Job type: Full-time Location: Berlin How to apply?
