Freelance Project Manager | Solar / PV | GermanyWe’re partnering with a leading EPC contractor on a landmark 400MW solar PV project in Germany. This initiative is a key part of the country’s renewable energy strategy, aimed at boosting grid resilience and accelerating the energy transition. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and delivery across multiple sites.Location: Germany, BerlinDuration: 18 months (with potential for extension)Start Date: ASAPLanguage: English (German desirable)Key Responsibilities:Lead the execution of large-scale solar PV projects from planning through commissioning.Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance and timely delivery.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.Essential:Proven experience managing solar PV or large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle management.Familiarity with German permitting and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to work in English (German is a plus).EU PassportIf this sounds like a fit for you, please apply or send your CV to Reuben.larkin@g2recruitment.com.
