Dokumentation & Compliance: Erstellung und Verwaltung standardisierter HR-Dokumente
Globale Compliance: Koordination aller rechtlich erforderlichen HR-Compliance-Prozesse
Onboarding: Organisation aller Schritte für einen reibungslosen Start neuer Mitarbeitender
Ausbildung: Ausbildung oder Studium in HR, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich. (Erfahrung: 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer administrativen HR- oder Recruiting-Rolle
Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office oder Google Workspace
Sprache: Deutsch muttersprachlich oder fließend; Englisch fließend und professionell
Integrität: Fähigkeit, vertrauliche Informationen professionell zu behandeln
