To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit 🔧 Senior Onsite IT Support Engineer – Manufacturing & OT Systems We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience in deskside and onsite support, especially in manufacturing or shopfloor environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS) Troubleshoot and maintain RF scanners, printers (Zebra), AV equipment, and shopfloor PCs Support OT technologies including PLCs and industrial IT systems Coordinate with vendors and ensure site IT uptime Execute IT projects and ensure SLA adherence Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles Participate in on-call support and possible rotational shifts Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Intune, AD, JAMF Experience with rugged devices, RF scanners, and managed print services Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Additional Info: Travel to other sites may be required On-call support for critical issues outside business hours
