07.Als Mitglied des Albatros Teams wirst du unsere Kundenberater:innen qualifiziert unterstützen und vertreten.

  • Qualifizierte und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu privaten Versicherungsthemen (z.B., Personen- und Sachversicherung sowie Privatdarlehen)
  • Kontaktaufnahme und Erstberatung von Kund:innen, inklusive der Erstellung und Nachbearbeitung von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung der Kundenberater:innen durch Nachfassen von zentral und/oder individuell gesteuerten Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Hohe Servicebereitschaft bei bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen inkl. Begleitung im Schadenfall
  • Unterstützung der Kundenberater:innen auf Anforderung u.a. bei der Angebotserstellung, Terminvorbereitung, fachlichen Recherche und interner/externer Kommunikation und Abwicklung im Schadensfall
