liYou collaborate with other teams to develop operational and strategic solutions for HR projects and challenges. /li
liYou support the People Culture team in day-to-day operations along the entire recruiting funnel, applicant cycle, and onboarding process. /li
liYou share responsibility in the area of active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and approach potential candidates. /li
liYou assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, as well as conducting some interviews independently. /li
liYou assist in university marketing efforts by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops at various universities and contribute your ideas to our employer branding to attract top-notch talent. /li
liYou will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation to support recruitment strategies and HR projects and drive your own workstreams forward independently. /li

h3What should you bring along? /h3ul
liYou are currently studying psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's degree is a plus). /li
liYou show a strong interest in people topics and have gained first experience in the HR field (e.g., during an internship). /li
liYou demonstrate quick comprehension and strong analytical skills with precise and structured communication skills. /li
liYou are able to work in a team, have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion in the HR team. /li
liYou enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment. /li
liYou love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development. /li
liYou are fluent in English and German. /li
