**What can you expect?**:

- You collaborate with other teams to develop operational and strategic solutions for HR projects and challenges.
- You support the People & Culture team in day-to-day operations along the entire recruiting funnel, applicant cycle, and onboarding process.
- You assist in university marketing efforts by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops at various universities and contribute your ideas to our employer branding to attract top-notch talent.
- You will assist with market analysis, research, and evaluation to support recruitment strategies and HR projects and drive your own workstreams forward independently.

**What should you bring along?**:

- You are currently studying psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related discipline and have excellent grades (Master's degree is a plus).
- You show a strong interest in people topics and have gained first experience in the HR field (e.g., during an internship).
- You demonstrate quick comprehension and strong analytical skills with precise and structured communication skills.
- You are able to work in a team, have a strong service-oriented mindset, and are aware of the need for discretion in the HR team.
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment.
- You love to take on a challenge and are eager to push both your personal and professional development.
- You are fluent in English and German.
