Die 4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH entwickelt einen neuartigen Ansatz zur Diagnostik und Behandlung eines unlängst entdeckten Krankheitsmechanismus, der in direktem Zusammenhang mit akutem Organversagen steht und durch ein im Blut zirkulierendes Enzym (DPP3) hervorgerufen wird. Der Leitkandidat zur Neutralisierung dieses Enzyms ist ein humanisierter, therapeutischer Antikörper, welcher sich derzeit in der klinischen Entwicklung bei 4TEEN4 befindet. Darüber hinaus entwickelt 4TEEN4 diagnostische Tests zum Nachweis schwerer systemischer Erkrankungen, die mit DPP3 assoziiert werden.

Business Development Manager (m/w/d)


  • Management des Diagnostikgeschäfts von 4TEEN4
  • Analyse der Gesundheitsmärkte, potenzieller Partner und deren Entwicklungstrends sowie Identifizierung adäquater Kontaktstellen
  • Ableitung von Potenzialen und Hebelpunkten zur Definition von Zielmärkten für Wachstumschancen und die Business Roadmap
  • Erstellung von Bewertungen und Umsetzung potenzieller Möglichkeiten für Auslizenzierungspartnerschaften und Geschäftsabschlüssen in der Gesundheitsbranche
  • Verantwortung für die interne Vernetzung aller Fachabteilungen zur Evaluation von Business Development Entscheidungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung und Überwachung strategischer Marketing- und Studieninitiativen
  • Wirtschaftliche Aufbereitung von Informationen zu 4TEEN4-Produkten für deren Einführung und Reimbursement

  • Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) in einer relevanten Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der medizinischen Diagnostikbranche einer kommerziellen Abteilung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem Life-Science-Unternehmen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Analytische und geschäftsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit Schwerpunkt auf der kommerziellen Strategie
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und in Präsentationstechniken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Innovationskraft
