  • Monitoring der Entwicklung der HGB und IFRS und Analyse der Auswir­kung von Gesetzes- / Stan­dard­ände­rungen auf den Talanx Konzern
  • Selbstständige Bearbei­tung komplexer Sach­verhalte in der handels­recht­lichen / inter­natio­nalen Rechnungs­legung (IFRS / HGB) und Umsetzung neuer oder geän­derter IFRS-Standards in die Abschlüsse des Talanx Konzerns
  • Bearbeitung und Weiterent­wick­lung des IFRS Group Manuals (inkl. Kontie­rung)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Konzern­ge­schäfts­berichte, ein­schließlich Weiter­ent­wick­lung der externen Bericht­er­stat­tung
  • Erarbeitung von Analysen und Ent­schei­dungs­vorlagen für die Gremien der Talanx AG / HDI V.a.G (Aufsichtsrat, CFO, Top Management)
  • Betreuung sowie Beratung von Tochter­gesell­schaften in Fragen der externen Rech­nungs­legung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit an fach­lich anspruchs­vollen Rechnungs­legungs­projekten

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirt­schafts­wissenschaften oder Finanz- und Wirt­schafts­mathe­matik, idealer­weise mit Schwer­punkt Ver­sicherungs­betriebs­lehre und / oder inter­natio­nale Rechnungs­legung
  • Mehrjährige Berufs­erfahrung im Bereich der Wirt­schafts­prü­fung oder ver­gleich­bare Berufs­erfahrung im Konzern­rech­nungs­wesen eines Versicherungs- / Finanz­unter­nehmens
  • Ausgeprägte Kennt­nisse in der Bilan­zie­rung nach IFRS und HGB, Erfahrung in der IFRS-Grundsatz­arbeit sind von Vor­teil
  • Erfahrungen in der Bilan­zierung von Versiche­rungen (IFRS 17) oder Kapital­anlagen (IFRS 9) sind hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denk­vermögen sowie ziel­orien­tiertes, pro­aktives und struk­turiertes Vor­gehen in komplexen Arbeits­abläufen
  • Genauigkeit sowie selbst­ständige und zu­ver­lässige Arbeits­weise
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets, insbe­sondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
