In Deiner neuen Position als technischer Support bist Du die Hauptkontaktperson für die Elektro- und Anlagentechniker.
Komplexere Fälle klärst Du in Abstimmung mit dem 2nd Level Support.

Ein gutes (elektro-)technisches Grundverständnis ist wichtig, Erfahrung im technischen Support oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil.

Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
