**Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Operations Team Zuwachs im Bereich B2B Customer Support in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche).**
Deine Aufgaben
- Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung unserer Kunden und Lösen der Kundenanfragen
- Analyse und Beschreibung und Weiterleitung von (technisch) auffälligen Problemen
- Erstellung von Wartungs-/Reparaturprojekten, Aufträgen und Rechnungen
- Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Customer Support App
- Portal-Onboardings mit Kunden und Trainings
- Anpassungen und Optimierungen der internen Prozesse, insbesondere die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Kundenservice in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Bindegliedfunktion zwischen Kunden und den internen Abteilungen Operations, Sales, Entwicklung und Finance
- Weiterleiten von Kundenfeedback an die Produktentwicklung für Produkt-Anpassungen und -Entwicklung
Deine Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Professionelle Umgangsformen und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsgeschick und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und in einfacher Form schriftlich und mündlich zu kommunizieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
