Im Rahmen des ambitionierten Wachstumsplans suchen wir einen erfahrenen Banking Sales Manager (m/w/d), der die Beziehungen zu großen Bankkunden weiter ausbaut und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten erschließt.

Aufgabengebiet
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu C-Level-Führungskräften und Entscheidungsträgern großer Bankkunden in Deutschland
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Managern des Partnerunternehmens, um den Kunden überzeugende Technologie-Lifecycle-Management-Lösungen zu präsentieren
  • Direkter Vertrieb an große Banken und Finanzinstitute mit dem Ziel, deren IT-Management effizienter und nachhaltiger zu gestalten
  • Nutzung eines beratungsorientierten Vertriebsansatzes, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu ermitteln und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, einschließlich Forecasting, Pipeline-Management und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Gewinnung neuer Bankkunden und zur Maximierung des Marktanteils
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Einflussnahme auf die Produktentwicklung, um Kundenanforderungen optimal zu erfüllen


Anforderungsprofil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (MSc, MBA oder BSc) in einem relevanten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT-Lösungen an C-Level-Kunden in Großunternehmen, idealerweise im Bankensektor
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Übererfüllung von Verkaufszielen und beim Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Starkes Netzwerk im Bereich Großunternehmen oder multinationaler Unternehmen, bevorzugt im Finanzsektor
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Einflussfähigkeiten
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, starke und nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in komplexen Kundenorganisationen mit vielen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten
