About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking in our Frankfurt office.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers from the segments of corporate clients, SMEs, private banking, and non-profit organizations in the financing business
- Active participation in sales activities for customers in the respective segment group through customer visits and opening new accounts and credit lines
- Sales of the core product corporate clients/SMEs in the financing business, as well as achieving branch targets in the corporate clients/SME segment
- Monitoring of daily business activities in the branch (branch activities result from the new branch structure)
- Follow-up of daily business activities of the branch in relation to existing front- and current office handbooks
- Portfolio management in the areas of corporate clients, SMEs, private banking, and non-profit organizations
Requirements
- Practical experience in a bank or in the financial department of a company
- High customer and service orientation, as well as pleasure in personal contact with our partners and customers
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Furthermore, you work well in a team and take on your tasks reliably, independently, and with high performance motivation
- You have very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and an affinity for analytical tasks
- Your focus is on both classical credit business and financing alternatives through the capital market
- Very good German and English skills, Turkish an asset
