Wir stellen die passive Infrastruktur für das Highspeed-Internet her. Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie in Vollzeit als Leiter Controlling (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben. • Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Controlling • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Koordination von Forecast- und Budgetplanung sowie des monatlichen Reportings • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses mit allen hierfür relevanten Auswertungen • Abwicklung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen • Erstellung von Reports, statistischen Auswertungen, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen für interne und externe Stellen • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Berichtswesens • Übernahme von Sonderprojekten • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Rechnungswesen Ihr Profil. • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen oder einer Unternehmensberatung • Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität • Sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge • Erfahrung im Reporting für börsennotierte Unternehmen wünschenswert • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System und MS-Office-Programmen • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Unser Angebot. • Flache Hierarchien, kurze Entscheidungswege und fachliche Freiräume • Gründliche Einarbeitung und laufende Weiterbildung durch Schulungsmaßnahmen • Leistungsgerechte Vergütung • Flexible Arbeitszeiten • Ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis • Dienstwagen zur privaten Nutzung • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge • Weitere Zusatzleistungen, wie z.
