Bergstraße, entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt seit über 40 Jahren Dampfer zeuger für Industrie- und Gewerbe kunden der unterschied lichsten Branchen (z.B. Brauereien, Lebensmittel industrie, Textil industrie, Krankenhäuser, Pharma industrie und Labortechnik). Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Kaufmännischen Leiter - Schwerpunkt Finanzen (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für das Finanzwesen des Unternehmens, einschließ lich Buchhaltung, Controlling, Finanz planung sowie Erstellung der Jahres abschlüsse und monatlicher Finanz berichte
  • Sicherstellung der Liquidität und des Cashflows
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und der Kosteneffizienz, Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, Standardi sierung und Dokumen tation von Prozessen
  • Management von Verträgen, einschließ lich Verhandlungen, Erstellung und Überprüfung von Vertrags dokumenten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teamleitern und der Geschäfts führung
  • Unterstützung angrenzender Teams bei der Erstellung von Projekt angeboten und -kalkulationen
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu Banken, Wirtschafts prüfern und anderen Dienst leistern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, wie etwa geprüfter Betriebs wirt (IHK) mit Weiter bildung zum Bilanz buchhalter
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanz buchhaltung und Controlling
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der kaufmän nischen Steuerung und Leitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und den gängigen ERP-Systemen; Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Englisch kenntnisse sind wünschens wert
  • Loyale, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungskraft
  • Mehrjährige Berufs erfahrung in produzie renden Unternehmen, erste Führungs erfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations fähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine proaktive Arbeits weise
