- Mitwirkung am Aufbau, an der Weiterentwicklung und Pflege einer Vertragsdatenbank
- Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Verträgen (u.a. Initiieren von Unterschriftsläufen, digitale Ablage, Fristenmanagement)
- Konzeptionelle und operative Mitwirkung bei Einkaufsprozessen, z.B. bei Ausschreibungen, Vorbereitung & Durchführung von Verhandlungen, Angebotsvergleichen, Analyse von Verträgen im Hinblick auf Optimierungspotentiale gemeinsam mit den Vertragsownern, etc.
WAS DU MITBRINGST
- Begonnenes betriebswirtschaftliches, juristisches oder vergleichbares Studium
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eine zuverlässige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und gleichzeitig ansprechend darzustellen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und im Idealfall erste Erfahrung mit Jira und Confluence sowie erste Kenntnisse in SAP Ariba
- Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen in den Bereich Einkauf und Vertragsmanagement und den damit verbundenen Systemen sind von Vorteil
