Wir sind auf einer spannenden Reise, unser SAP R/3 System auf SAP S/4 HANA umzustellen, und du kannst ein Schlüsselakteur in diesem Prozess sein Im Rahmen unseres IT-Transformationsprogramms "SHAPE" suchen wir ab Mitte Februar 2025 einen engagierten Praktikanten im Bereich Change Management, Kommunikation & Training.

 

Aufgaben:

  • Innovatives Change Management: Unterstütze uns bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Kommunikationskonzepte
  • Kreativer Content: Gestalte mitreißende und inspirierende Inhalte (Texte, Videos, etc.) für unsere Stakeholder
  • Trainingsorganisation: Sei verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Trainings, die einen echten Unterschied machen
  • Go-Live-Support: Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Go-Lives

Kompetenzen:

  • Studium: Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation, IT oder ähnliches

  • IT-Affinität: Begeisterung für das IT-Umfeld sowie eine gewisse IT-Affinität wären wünschenswert
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du überzeugst durch eine klare und effiziente Informationsvermittlung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
