Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Management Specialist to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives across various functions outside the CEO-CCO. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding compliance managers and assistants, preparing and managing sponsoring and donation systems, validating international compliance standards, and developing the compliance organization and objectives within group companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance System Validation & Optimization: Ensure the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the compliance management system to meet international standards.
  • Guidance & Coordination: Provide functional guidance to compliance teams on various compliance topics, including sponsorship, donations, and contractual relationships.
  • Sponsoring & Donation Management: Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • International Compliance Standards: Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
  • Compliance Organization Development: Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies, aligning with company goals.
  • Advisory Role: Advise PH AG and group companies on compliance-related questions, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Integration of Compliance Topics: Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities, promoting a cohesive approach.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree in law or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment, with a strong focus on project management and leadership skills.
  • Healthcare Compliance: Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, providing clear guidance on compliance matters.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
